March 2011 Meeting

Great Sew 'n Tell at today's meeting . . .
This is Carolyn's Guild Challenge Quilt
These are Mary's Guild BOM blocks
Mary made this quilt from blocks from a Shop Hop long ago . . . .
These are Rhonda's colorful blocks from our Guild BOM
This is Doris' "Farmers Wife Quilt" that she completed in 2, yes, TWO MONTHS!
These two donation quilts Linda B made from fabrics that Carolyn and Jeanette brought in from their Mom!
The 15 pillowcases were made from the donated fabric also!
Here are Doris' colorful blocks from the Guild BOM
Doris outdid herself this month with pillowcase construction - a whopping 50 pillowcases all made from the fabric from Carolyn + Jeanette's Mom!
Doris also whipped up two quilt tops from the donation fabrics for the Guild service project!
Here is a Twister Quilt Kathy made shortly after the Guild Presentation of the Twister rulers!
This is an embroidered quilt that Kathy finished also, below is a close up of one of the embroidered blocks . . .
This is the quilt that Kathy was working on at the Guild Retreat last month called, Stacked Logs + Rising Stars
Another embroidered quilt of Kathy's named Stitchers Garden!
Eileen recently completed and embroidered quilt with a dimensional shadow effect!
This is Joanne's Irish wall hanging!
This is my Hopscotch Quilt - I obviously was drinking some scotch when I sewed the rows together on this one because there are several mistakes . . . should rename this one Liquid Lunch!
This is the Mystery Quilt from our February Guild Retreat called Stash Digger.  I really like it, but somewhere, somehow, I "lost" a block (look closely at the bottom right of quilt).

THE END!
