September 2011 Meeting

Today we met for the September Meeting with 3 guests in attendance!

We drew a name from raffle ticket sales for the Guild Quilt and the winner (far left) came during our meeting to pick it up!  She was quite excited as her bedroom is all of the colors in the quilt!

 This is Carolyn's Quilt she entered in the local County Fair and won a ribbon!

 Rhonda entered the following 3 projects in her local County Fair and won a ribbon for each one!

 Rhonda finished this cuddly flannel quilt that she had started at the February Quilt Retreat!

This is Doris G's Civil War Quilt.  I do not want to think about how many half-square triangles she had to make for this monstrosity! 

April purchased this gorgeous bag at the Bonnie Brae Quilt Show last month,  I believe this technique is reverse applique . . .
